Legumes and their sprouts should be 10-20% of the diet and vegetables 40-50%.
Recommended grains: millet, roasted buckwheat groats (kasha), rye, oats, barley, amaranth, and quinoa.
These grains needs to be sprouted and lightly cooked to be beneficial in resolving digestive stagnation.
Food combination: starchy foods and vegetables should be eaten together and not to combine with other protein for better digestion.

Oils, nuts, and seeds: use moderately, they can increase dampness and affects liver. Nuts, seeds, avocado and oil should be used moderately. Cold press flax seed oil can be taken daily. Extra virgin olive oil is high in oleic-acid and can be used once per day.
